通过抽查珠海市30个品牌75个乳制品产品,对其包装上标示的产品标准号及蛋白质标示值与国家卫生标准进行比较,分析当前乳制品的企业产品标准存在的问题。结果发现部分企业标准中蛋白质达不到国家卫生标准限值要求,并且单位符号也不一致,产品虽符合企业的产品标准出售到市场,却达不到国家强制性标准的要求。乳制品企业产品标准化工作环节较薄弱,存在很多亟待解决的问题,作者针对以上问题提出相关的建议。
Through a sampling of 75 brands of dairy products in 30 brands in Zhuhai City, the standard numbers of the products marked on the packaging and protein labeling values were compared with the national health standards to analyze the problems existing in the current product standards of dairy products. The results showed that some of the corporate standards of protein less than the national health standards limit requirements, and the unit symbols are inconsistent, although the products meet the enterprise product standards sold to the market, but not up to the national mandatory standards. Dairy products enterprise product standardization work is relatively weak, there are many problems to be solved, the author made the relevant recommendations for the above problems.
