目的对云南文山西畴县的茜草科耳草属植物纤花耳草Hedyotis tenelliflora的化学成分进行系统的分离和鉴定。方法采用色谱分离技术进行分离纯化,通过理化性质、波谱分析鉴定结构。结果从纤花耳草的全草中分离得到了4个环烯醚萜苷化合物,分别鉴定为纤花耳草苷C(1)、哈帕苷(2)、哈帕苷元(3)、车叶草酸(4)。结论化合物1为新化合物,化合物2和3为首次从纤花耳草中分离得到,也是首次从该属植物中得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Hedyotis tenelliflora from the genus Xulandula in Xichou County, Wenshan County, Yunnan Province. Methods The chromatographic separation was used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Four iridoid glycosides were isolated from the whole plant of Slendergrass and identified as stilbene glycoside C (1), harpagoside (2), harpagoside (3), Carlo oxalate (4). Conclusions Compound 1 is a new compound. Compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from Spartina for the first time and were also obtained from this genus for the first time.
