目前我国儿童肺功能测定工作尚未普遍开展,由于测定条件使用仪器的不同以及儿童肺功能测定合作程度的影响,国内尚缺乏有关儿童肺功能的正常值的统一标准。仅见各地区根据不同仪器所测定的肺功能报导。1 对象与方法1.1 对象本市新苏师附属小学7～14岁健康儿童120人,其中7～10、11～14岁男女儿童各30人,凡患上呼吸道感染、慢性呼吸道疾病以及经多次训练未能掌握操作要领者除外。
