回顾性分析1983年1月～1985年12月经生殖内分泌门诊诊治的873例不育患者的病因及237例妊娠的治疗和预后。原发不育751例(86.0％),继发不育122例(14.0％);妊娠率各为40.3％与57.6％,差异显著。80％的妊娠出现在检查或治疗后6个月内。指出治疗不育首先应查清病因,采取针对性治疗措施,方能取得较好的疗效。
Retrospective analysis of January 1983 ~ December 1985 treatment of genitourinary endocrine disease in 873 cases of infertility and 237 cases of pregnancy treatment and prognosis. Primary infertility 751 cases (86.0%), secondary infertility 122 cases (14.0%); pregnancy rates were 40.3% and 57.6%, the difference was significant. 80% of pregnancies occur within 6 months after examination or treatment. Pointed out that the treatment of infertility should first identify the cause, to take targeted treatment, in order to achieve better efficacy.
