[目的]分析大肠癌MTS基因突变与 p16蛋白表达的关系。[方法]应用PCR -SSCP技术及LSAB免疫组织化学法同时检测135例大肠癌MTS基因的突变和其基因产物(p16蛋白)的表达情况。[结果]135例大肠癌MTS基因的突变率为4.44% ,与正常粘膜组织相比差异并无显著性 ,p16蛋白阳性率为59.25% ,与正常粘膜组织相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]大肠癌极少发生MTS基因突变 ,但有较高的 p16蛋白表达下调。MTS基因表达障碍可能有另外原因。
[Objective] To analyze the relationship between MTS gene mutation and the expression of p16 protein in colorectal cancer. [Methods] The mutation of MTS gene and the expression of its gene product (p16 protein) in 135 cases of colorectal cancer were simultaneously detected by PCR-SSCP and LSAB immunohistochemistry. [Results] The mutation rate of MTS gene in 135 cases of colorectal cancer was 4.44%, which was not significantly different from that in normal mucosa tissues. The positive rate of p16 protein was 59.25%, which was significantly different from that in normal mucosa tissues (P<0.05). ). [Conclusion] MTS gene mutation rarely occurs in colorectal cancer, but there is a higher expression of p16 protein. MTS gene expression disorder may have another reason.
