目的评价自制医院工作人员膳食营养调查问卷的效度,为制定医院工作人员膳食营养调查的标准问卷提供参考。方法采用整群分层随机抽样方法,对1336名医院工作人员进行问卷调查,采用专家评分法和单项与总和相关分析评价问卷内容效度,采用探索性因子分析评价问卷结构效度。结果专家评分均值在2.714~3.000之间,条目满分比在85.7%~100%之间,变异系数值在0.000~0.132之间;各条目与所属维度的相关系数在0.197~0.466之间,与总问卷的相关系数在0.208~0.738之间;因子分析提取了5个公因子,累积方差贡献率为56.220%,所有条目在相应因子上的因子载荷均大于0.4,71.43%的条目共同度大于0.5。结论该问卷具有较好的效度,可以作为标准问卷设计的参考。
Objective To evaluate the validity of the survey questionnaire of self-made hospital staff diet and to provide a reference for the development of a standard questionnaire about the survey of dietary nutrition among hospital staff. Methods The stratified cluster random sampling method was used to survey 1336 hospital staffs. The questionnaire was evaluated by expert score method and single item and total item correlation analysis. The exploratory factor analysis was used to evaluate the structural validity of the questionnaire. Results The average score of experts was between 2.714 and 3.000, the full score of items was between 85.7% and 100%, the coefficient of variation was between 0.000 and 0.132, and the correlation coefficient between each item and its own dimension was between 0.197 and 0.466, The correlation coefficient of the questionnaire was between 0.208 and 0.738. Five common factors were extracted from the factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 56.220%. The factorial loads of all the items were greater than 0.4 and 71.43% respectively, and the item commonality was greater than 0.5. Conclusion The questionnaire has good validity and can be used as a reference for standard questionnaire design.
