视网膜母细胞瘤相关蛋白 4 6 (RbAp4 6 )是一种具有肿瘤抑制作用的核蛋白 ,体内分布广泛。RbAp4 6是WD重复家族成员 ,其分子结构中有 4个WD重复序列。RbAp4 6可作为生长抑制因子协同WT1基因作用 ,并可作为核染色质重构和脱乙酰酶 (NuRD)及组蛋白脱乙酰酶复合物mSin3的成分 ,调节它们的功能 ,引起转录抑制 ,使细胞增殖周期停滞在G2 /S期 ;在低血浆浓度情况下 ,RbAp4 6可明显诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。
Retinoblastoma-associated protein 46 (RbAp4 6) is a tumor-suppressive nuclear protein widely distributed in the body. RbAp4 6 is a member of the WD repeat family and has 4 WD repeats in its molecular structure. RbAp4 6 acts as a growth inhibitory factor in concert with the WT1 gene and as a component of nuclear chromatin remodeling and deacetylase (NuRD) and the histone deacetylase complex mSin3, modulates their function, inducing transcriptional repression, Proliferation cycle stagnated in G2 / S phase; in the case of low plasma concentrations, RbAp4 6 can significantly induce tumor cell apoptosis.
