采用平行提取法,研究石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、乙醇、水6种溶剂对辛夷提取率的影响,采用生长速率法和孢子萌发法分别测定了辛夷6种平行提取物对黄瓜灰霉病致病菌——灰葡萄孢菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制效果。结果表明:去离子水的提取率最大为25.71%,石油醚最小为9.63%;辛夷6种平行提取物对灰葡萄孢菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发均有抑制作用;石油醚、氯仿提取物对菌丝生长的EC50分别为372.15、206.83mg/L,对孢子萌发的EC50分别为1 318.92、591.78mg/L,抑菌效果较好;水提取物对菌丝生长和孢子萌发的EC50分别为6 024.25、3 532.13mg/L。说明辛夷有机溶剂提取物对菌丝生长的抑制效果优于其对孢子萌发的抑制效果,且辛夷的主要抑菌活性成分较易被极性小的有机溶剂提取。
The effects of petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, acetone, ethanol and water on the extraction rate of Magnolia biondii were studied by parallel extraction method. The growth rate and spore germination were used to determine the effects of six parallel extracts of Magnolia biondii Inhibitory Effect of Botrytis Pathogen - Mycelium Growth and Spore Germination of Botrytis cinerea. The results showed that the maximum extraction rate of deionized water was 25.71% and the minimum of petroleum ether was 9.63%. Six parallel extracts of Magnolia biondii had inhibitory effects on the mycelial growth and spore germination of Botrytis cinerea. Petroleum ether and chloroform extracts EC50 of mycelium growth were 372.15,206.83mg / L respectively, EC50 of spore germination were 1 318.92 and 591.78mg / L, respectively. The antibacterial effect was good. The EC50 of water extract on mycelial growth and spore germination were 6 024.25,3 532.13 mg / L. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of Magnolia biondii organic extract on mycelial growth was better than that of spore germination. The main antibacterial active ingredients of Magnolia biondii were more easily extracted by organic solvents with less polarity.
