本研究以2份优良不结球白菜(Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis Makino)与2份结球白菜(Brassica rapa L.ssp.pekinensis Olsson)品种为试验材料,添加不同稀释配比海水溶液处理种子,7 d后调查种子萌发和幼苗生长情况。结果表明,海水胁迫对白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长均有一定的抑制作用。其中,随着海水胁迫浓度的加大,4份试验材料的发芽势、发芽率、下胚轴长、主根长、根鲜重和干重均逐渐降低;而4份试验材料的下胚轴鲜重和干重却高于对照值,均呈现出先增加后减少的趋势。综合比较可知,结球白菜的耐盐性比不结球白菜强,其中,四种白菜的耐盐性以德高16最强,台湾青梗菜最弱,科兴黄金白菜与五月慢居中。
In this study, two varieties of Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis Makino and two cabbage varieties Brassica rapa L.ssp.pekinensis Olsson were used as experimental materials, seeds were treated with different dilution ratios of seawater solution, 7 d after the investigation of seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed that seawater stress had some inhibitory effects on seed germination and seedling growth of Chinese cabbage. Among them, the germination potential, germination rate, hypocotyl length, root length, root fresh weight and dry weight of 4 tested materials decreased with the increase of seawater stress concentration. However, the four hypocotyls Weight and dry weight were higher than the control value, showing a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The results showed that the salt tolerance of Chinese cabbage was stronger than that of non-heading Chinese cabbage. Among them, the salt tolerance of four Chinese cabbages was the strongest in Deguao 16, the weakest in Taiwan, and the slow-moving in Kexing yellow cabbage.
