汉中市水泥厂是个小型地方水泥企业,在1977～1986年的十年里,发生了巨大的变化。水泥年产量由2.8万吨猛增到15万吨,十年累计生产水泥92万吨:年实现利润由1976年的15.4万元,上升到1986年的425万元,十年共给国家上交利税1441万元;“汉江牌”水泥的质量,连续九年保持出厂水泥合格率100%,连续七年被评为全省机立窑企业第一名,并在1981年和1982年先后被评为“省优”、“部优”产品;1981年荣获“全国文明生产先进集体”;1985年被省政府命名为“六好企业”;1986年获得“全国建材行业先进单位(标兵)”称号。其主要经验如下。
