新课程课堂教学中,我们经常可以看到教师组织学生展开讨论,意在培养学生的合作学习能力,但我们也常常可以看到许多课上,学生讨论不起来,或者只是形式化的讨论,不能提出有价值的问题,原因何在?笔者认为,这除了与学生缺乏必要的合作技巧有关外,还与教师的组织调控有很大的关系。下面以人教版《历史与社会》(七年级下册)“学习改变命运”一课为例,就其中的一个教学片断,谈谈精彩讨论的背后给我们的启示。
