研究急性淋巴细胞白血病在维持治疗过程中,更为积极的定期加强治疗是否效果较好。 1976年1月～1978年12月,作者观察了347例15岁以下的儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病维持治疗的情况。方法①诱导治疗:长春新碱1.5mg/M~2,静注,每周1次;强的松40mg/M~2,每日口服;柔红霉素30mg/M~2,静注,每周1次。②强化治疗:阿糖胞苷50mg/M~2,皮下注射,每12小时1次,共10次,环磷酰胺600mg/M~2,静注,第1天。③中枢神经系统预防
Study of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in the maintenance of the treatment process, more aggressive regular strengthening treatment is better.
