采用反向高效液相色谱法测定了灌服中药复方五菟颗粒剂前后大鼠脑组织中腺苷酸的含量。发现灌服后大鼠脑组织中ATP,ADP及NAD ̄+含量明显高于对照(P<0.05);AMP含量则低于对照组(P<0,05)。本资料为五菟颗粒剂的健脑作用提供了可靠的药理学依据。
The reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of adenosine in the brain of rats before and after administrating Chinese herbal compound Wuling granules. It was found that the content of ATP, ADP and NAD ̄+ in brain tissue of rats after oral administration was significantly higher than that of the control (P<0.05); the AMP content was lower than that of the control group (P<0,05). This data provides a reliable pharmacological basis for the brain effect of Wuyi granules.
