应用罗丹明B-硫氰酸盐与锌的显色反应及利用硫氰酸锌-孔雀绿在聚乙烯醇存在下显色测定铝合金中锌和硫氰酸锌-罗丹明6G在聚乙烯醇存在下显色测定铝合金中锌已有报道。本文利用硫氰酸锌络阴离子在吐温-80存在下,pH 3的氯乙酸钠缓冲溶液中和丁基罗丹明B形成红色的离子缔合物,有很高的灵敏度,摩尔吸光系数为3.1×10~5,可在水相中测定水样和铝合金中微量锌。 1 试验部分1.1 试剂与仪器锌标准溶液:1mg·ml~(-1)称取纯金属锌1g,加热溶解于盐酸(1+1)20ml中,同时配成10μg·ml~(-1)工作溶液。
