压力容器和管道上仪表的在线维护是一个行业难题,维修时如果直接拆卸将会导致带压介质的大量泄漏。作者研究了一种自动阻隔装置,安装在仪表底座与仪表之间,利用内部的容置空间和活动的空心球实现带压仪表的在线拆装,不影响正常生产,可大大减少介质泄漏,改善现场作业环境,有效提高仪表可维护性。该技术已成功应用于首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司高炉炉体水温监测系统中,为企业节约了大量设备投资,具有广阔的应用前景和推广价值。
