利用响应面试验设计法对超声波细胞破碎提取绞股蓝多糖的工艺参数进行了优化,选取超声功率、超声时间及温度为自变量,多糖提取率为响应值,研究各自变量及其交互作用对多糖提取率的影响。模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,并确定水溶性绞股蓝多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为超声功率800W、超声时间15min、提取温度50℃,在此条件下,多糖提取率为2.49%。
