提出了一种基于人工传输线并采用双面平行带状线实现的小型平衡型Wilkinson功分器。该器件采用人工传输线取代传统传输线以减少电路尺寸,同时引入双面平行带状线结构用来实现功分器平衡的功能。设计的功分器尺寸仅为传统Wilkinson功分器的25%。测试结果表明,设计制作的平衡Wilkinson功分器在0.83GHz至1.05GHz带宽范围内相位平衡度±1.28°,幅度平衡度±0.17dB,回波损耗大于16.79dB,端口隔离度大于16.21dB。测量结果和仿真结果吻合良好,证实了该功分器具有良好的性能。
A small balanced Wilkinson power splitter based on artificial transmission line and double-sided parallel stripline is proposed. The device uses artificial transmission lines to replace the traditional transmission lines to reduce the size of the circuit, while introducing a double-sided parallel stripline structure to achieve the function of the balancer. The power divider is designed to be only 25% of the size of a traditional Wilkinson power divider. The test results show that the designed balanced Wilkinson power splitter has a phase balance of ± 1.28 ° in the range of 0.83GHz to 1.05GHz, amplitude balance of ± 0.17dB, return loss of more than 16.79dB and port isolation of more than 16.21dB. The measured results are in good agreement with the simulation results, confirming that the splitter has good performance.
