[目的]为筛选针对植物线虫病害的活性化合物,本文开发了一种获得多样性四唑杂环化合物的合成方法。[方法]利用多样性导向合成与中间体衍生化方法,合成了具有结构多样性的4个系列的新型四唑杂环化合物。[结果]这4个系列的四唑杂环化合物通过核磁、红外、质谱确定了化合物结构。[结论]该方法避免使用了叠氮钠等原料,具有简单易行、安全可靠的特点,提高了结构多样性的农用杀线虫剂化合物合成效率。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to screen for active compounds against plant nematode diseases. In this paper, a synthetic method for obtaining diverse tetrazole heterocyclic compounds was developed. [Method] Four series of novel tetrazole heterocyclic compounds with structural diversity were synthesized by means of diversification oriented synthesis and intermediate derivatization. [Result] The four series of tetrazole heterocyclic compounds confirmed the structures of the compounds by NMR, IR and MS. [Conclusion] This method avoids the use of sodium azide and other raw materials, has the characteristics of simple, safe and reliable, and enhances the synthesis efficiency of agricultural nematicide compounds with diversified structures.
