60Si_2Mn钢是应用广泛的弹簧钢,有较高的强度极限、屈服极限及抗疲劳性,有良好的塑性、韧性,且工艺性能稳定。这些性能与冷作模具要求相适应。近期已发展成为冷作模具用钢,用它代替各种高合金模具钢制造有效厚度小于50mm的冷镦模、切边模、内六角模和各种冷挤冲头。 60Si_2Mn钢的不足之处是淬透性较低和脱碳倾向较大,脱碳敏感。如用复合强韧化处理代替常规处理,则可使60Si_2Mn钢制冷作模具的使用寿命大幅度提高,经济效益显著。一、60Si_2~-Mn钢化学成分、物理常数和热加工工艺及淬火温度对机械性能的影响
60Si_2Mn steel is a widely used spring steel, has a high strength limit, yield point and fatigue resistance, good ductility, toughness, and process performance and stability.
