近几年来中国电影产业有了长足发展,并步入快速增长阶段,2009年全国城市电影票房收入达到62亿元,2010年票房增长到101亿元,迎来了电影产业的“黄金发展期”。这与人们生活水平的不断提高,越来越重视对精神生活的追求有着直接关系。在电影消费方面,观众从过去单一地看电影情节和演员表演,转变为欣赏声光视听质量,享受舒适的观影环境和多元化的优质服务。对于传统影院经营管理者来说,在保证声光试听质量能与新兴影城抗衡之外,如何为观众提供个性化、全方位的服务,不断满足各类观众群体求新、求异的观影需求,已成为影院在竞争中求生存与发展的关键。
