炭材料因具有高比表面积、较好的热稳定性和优良的吸附性,可作为炭模板。通过炭模板控制纳米材料的粒径和形貌,制备具有不同结构形貌的纳米无机化合物,是目前无机合成中的重要技术之一。综述了活性炭模板、碳纳米管模板、纳米炭纤维模板在无机合成中的发展现状,并对炭模板法在无机化合物合成中的发展趋势进行了探讨。
Carbon material because of its high specific surface area, good thermal stability and excellent adsorption, can be used as carbon template. It is one of the most important technologies in inorganic synthesis to control the size and morphology of nanomaterials by carbon templates. It is very important to prepare nanostructured inorganic compounds with different morphologies. The development status of activated carbon template, carbon nanotube template and nanocarbon fiber template in inorganic synthesis was reviewed. The development trend of carbon template synthesis in inorganic compound synthesis was also discussed.
