目的探讨血清胃饥饿素(ghrelin)和超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensibivity CRP,hs-CRP)在法洛四联症(tetralogy of Fallot,TOF)患儿心肌缺氧炎症反应中的作用。方法收集本院心脏诊疗中心2012年1月-2014年5月期间60例青紫型TOF患儿及30例同期健康体检儿童静脉血,检测血清ghrelin和hs-CRP浓度。比较两组儿童ghrelin和hsCRP水平并进行相关性分析。结果 TOF患儿组血清ghrelin和hs-CRP水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),且两者呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论法洛四联症患儿血清ghrelin和hs-CR水平升高且呈正相关,提示ghrelin在法洛四联症患儿缺氧导致的心肌炎症反应中具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the role of serum ghrelin and hs-CRP in the myocardial hypoxia inflammatory response in children with tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). Methods Sixty children with cyanotic TOF and 30 healthy children underwent heart venous blood collection from January 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital. The concentrations of serum ghrelin and hs-CRP were measured. The levels of ghrelin and hsCRP in both groups were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of serum ghrelin and hs-CRP in children with TOF were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01), and both were positively correlated (P <0.01). Conclusions Serum levels of ghrelin and hs-CR in children with tetralogy of Fallot are elevated and positively correlated, suggesting that ghrelin may play a protective role in hypoxic-induced myocardial inflammatory response in children with tetralogy of Fallot.
