目的观察补肾健脾方对自然衰老小鼠卵巢功能的影响及可能作用机制。方法将48只9月龄C57BL/6J雌性小鼠(自然衰老模型)随机分为模型组、阳性对照组和补肾健脾方高、低剂量组,每组12只,另选2~3月龄小鼠12只作为青年组。补肾健脾方低、高剂量组分别给予补肾健脾方0.51、2.55 g/(kg·d)灌胃,阳性对照组给予脱氢表雄酮片1.25 mg/(kg·d)灌胃,青年组及模型组给予0.2 ml蒸馏水灌胃,各组共灌胃3个月。比较各组小鼠发情周期、产仔数量,体外受精的获卵数、成熟卵子数、受精卵数、卵裂数及囊胚数,检测卵巢中新生儿卵巢同源盒基因(Nobox)蛋白及mRNA表达情况。结果与青年组比较,模型组小鼠完整发情周期次数、发情前期及发情期占周期比例及产仔数减少,获卵数、成熟卵子数、受精卵数、卵裂数及囊胚数亦减少,卵巢中Nobox蛋白及mRNA表达降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);补肾健脾方高剂量组小鼠在体外受精过程中获卵数、成熟卵子数、受精卵数、卵裂数、囊胚数均高于模型组,并且卵巢中Nobox蛋白及mRNA表达升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论补肾健脾方有助于改善自然衰老小鼠生殖能力及卵子质量,其作用机制可能与增加小鼠卵巢内Nobox转录因子表达有关。

Conclusion Bushenjianpi Recipe can improve the reproductive capacity and egg quality of mice with natural aging, and its mechanism may be related to increasing the expression of Nobox transcription factor in mouse ovary.
