研究了Al-Si中间合金对Al-Mg-Si系铝合金组织性能的影响,并分析了Si的作用机理。结果表明:含18%Si的Al-Si中间合金对合金的铸态组织作用效果较好,并能合理改善材料的力学性能;随Al-Si中间合金中Si含量的增加,Al-Mg-Si系合金的耐腐蚀性下降,Si含量高于18%后下降显著;Al-Si中间合金中Si含量的增加,能提高Al-Mg-Si系合金的抗拉强度,Si含量高于20%后其抗拉强度开始下降。
The effect of Al-Si master alloy on the microstructure and properties of Al-Mg-Si aluminum alloy was studied and the mechanism of action of Si was analyzed. The results show that Al-Si master alloy containing 18% Si has good effect on the as-cast microstructure of the alloy and can improve the mechanical properties of the alloy reasonably. With the increase of Si content in Al-Si master alloy, The corrosion resistance of the alloy decreases, and the content of Si decreases sharply when the Si content is higher than 18%. The increase of Si content in the Al-Si master alloy can increase the tensile strength of the Al-Mg-Si alloy. When the Si content is higher than 20% The tensile strength began to decline.
