近些年,随着医药与化学研究的深入,发光检测技术的完善及科学技术的迅猛发展,衍生出通过微处理机自主控制、全自动化反应系统的化学发光分析仪器,该分析仪器的原理主要依赖于化学发光分析法。化学发光(CL)分析法是现今比较流行的一种药物分析方法,具有线性范围宽、快速、简单、灵敏度高的优点,十分符合药物分析的要求。本文将从化学发光分析法入手,简明扼要的介绍现阶段化学发光分析在我国药物分析领域的应用发展。
