上榜理由《食品安全国家标准蒸馏酒及其配制酒》国家强制性标准于2013年2月1日起实施,新国标中“铅”的检测标准悄然消失,业内担心如果没有相关标准的制约,未来白酒的发展会被“铅”绊。重温标准《食品安全国家标准蒸馏酒及其配制酒》国家强制性标准修改了标准名称,该新标准代替《蒸馏酒及配制酒卫生标准》及第1号、第2号修改单;修改了氰化物的限量指标;取消了锰的限量指标;增加了标签标识的要求。其中,除标签部分标准于2013年8月1日实施以外,其余标准均于2013年2月1日起实施。
