口腔癌的发生发展是一个多因素、多步骤、受多基因调控的过程,其中染色体结构变异导致的多种癌基因表达失常或抑癌基因失活在癌变发展中起着重要作用。因此,检测染色体结构变异区段寻找肿瘤相关的致病基因,对口腔癌前病变的癌变机制以及口腔癌发生发展的研究具有重要价值,为提高口腔癌的早期诊断率、预后及治疗效果奠定基础。本文对近年来口腔癌及口腔癌前病变染色体结构变异研究进展进行综述。
The occurrence and development of oral cancer is a multi-factor, multi-step, multi-gene regulation process, in which aberrant expression of multiple oncogenes caused by structural variation of chromosomes or inactivation of tumor suppressor genes play an important role in carcinogenesis. Therefore, the detection of chromosomal aberrations in search of tumor-associated pathogenic genes, the carcinogenesis of oral precancerous lesions and the development of oral cancer has important value to improve the early diagnosis of oral cancer, prognosis and treatment effect . This article reviews the recent progress in the study of chromosomal structural variation in oral and oral precancerous lesions.
