目的探讨丁苯酞对卵白蛋白所致支气管哮喘豚鼠模型的影响。方法采用卵白蛋白经致敏与激发两步来复制支气管哮喘豚鼠模型,通过药物干预,观测丁苯酞对哮喘豚鼠的行为学、肺功能、支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中炎性细胞、肺组织病理学及免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的影响。结果 30,60,120 mg·kg~(-1)丁苯酞能降低哮喘豚鼠的哮喘行为学评分、肺组织湿干重比值、BALF中炎性细胞及血清IgE水平,改善肺功能,缓解肺组织病理学变化。结论丁苯酞具有抑制豚鼠肺部炎症而缓解支气管哮喘的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalide on the ovalbumin-induced bronchial asthma model in guinea pigs. Methods Asthmatic guinea pigs were induced by ovalbumin sensitization and excitation in two steps. The effects of butylphthalide on the behavior, lung function, bronchial alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) inflammatory cells, lung Histopathology and Immunoglobulin E (IgE). Results Butylphthalide at 30, 60 and 120 mg · kg -1 could reduce asthmatic behavioral score, wet / dry ratio of lung tissue, inflammatory cells in BALF and serum IgE, improve pulmonary function and relieve pulmonary tissue disease Neo-Confucianism changes. Conclusion Butylphthalide can inhibit bronchial asthma in guinea pig lung inflammation.
