均匀性是影响粘结层效能的决定性因素。文章分析了现有工艺条件下环氧沥青粘结层的不均匀性对钢桥面铺装性能的影响,以及导致施工不均匀性的主要原因,针对苏通大桥的工程实施条件,提出了改善粘结层均匀性的技术措施。喷枪非匀速移动、风力较大、边侧挡板上粘结料富集、料车造成的局部破坏及二次污染是影响施工均匀性的主要因素。文章还提出了综合考虑粘结料洒布工艺、施工防污染措施及环氧沥青混合料供料工艺等系统改善环氧沥青粘结层均匀性的技术措施。

The article also proposed a comprehensive consideration of adhesive sprinkling process, construction of anti-pollution measures and epoxy asphalt mixture feed system and other technical measures to improve the uniformity of epoxy asphalt bonding layer.
