采用超声波振动装置,研究了浇注温度对ZL101铝合金组织和性能影响。结果表明,超声振动可以使ZL101铝合金获得细小的等轴晶凝固组织。随着浇注温度降低,ZL101铝合金凝固组织逐渐得到细化,且分布均匀。超声振动的施加有利于ZL101铝合金等轴晶组织的细化,并且对其强度、硬度等各方面性能均有所改善。
The effects of pouring temperature on microstructure and properties of ZL101 aluminum alloy were studied by using ultrasonic vibration device. The results show that ultrasonic vibrations can make ZL101 aluminum alloy obtain fine equiaxed solidified structure. With the pouring temperature decreased, ZL101 aluminum alloy solidification gradually refined, and evenly distributed. The application of ultrasonic vibration is conducive to the refinement of the equiaxed grain structure of ZL101 aluminum alloy, and its strength, hardness and other aspects of performance have been improved.
