经过对不同类型及不同倍性的甜菜品种体内过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性的研究表明:(1)在不同生育阶段甜菜叶片、叶柄及块根中两类酶活性变化不同;(2)不同类型甜菜品种两类酶活性在各生育阶段存在差异;(3)四倍体甜菜品种两类酶活性在不同生育阶段的不同部位均高于二倍体甜菜品种;(4)在不同生育阶段两类酶活性与收获时含糖率呈显著正相关关系。
The results showed that: (1) The activities of two enzymes in beet leaf, petiole and root tuber differed at different growth stages; (2) There were differences in the activities of two types of enzymes in different types of sugar beet varieties at different stages of growth; (3) The activities of two types of enzymes in tetraploid beet varieties were higher than that in diploid beet varieties at different growth stages; (4) There was a significant positive correlation between the activity of two enzymes and the sugar content at harvest.
