作者研究了苯妥英的不同晶型及同一晶型但粒子大小不同时,对狗的生物利用度影响。实验选用健康狗6只,体重为8～12kg,分成二组,每组3只。一组用来观察不同晶型的影响:给狗口服晶型Ⅰ-立方晶体,及晶型Ⅱ-针状晶体,粒子均在50μm以下。另一组用来观察粒子大小的影响:给狗口服不同粒度的苯妥英(结晶型Ⅰ)。二组均用每个硬胶囊中填装
The authors investigated the effects of phenytoin on the bioavailability of dogs with different crystal forms and the same crystal form but with different particle sizes. Six healthy dogs were selected and their body weight was 8 ~ 12kg. They were divided into two groups of three. One group was used to observe the effect of different crystal forms: oral administration of crystal form I-cubic crystals, and crystal form II-needle crystals, particles below 50 μm. The other group was used to observe the effects of particle size: Oral administration of phenytoin with different particle sizes (Form I). Both groups were filled with each hard capsule
