电子仪器新技术研讨会暨电子部电子测量仪器专业情报网第十届年会(也是电测网二十周年纪念会),于一九九六年五月二十七日～五月三十一日在大连召开。出席会议的有二十九个单位,共三十七人。电子部电子科技情报研究所凌玉芬副总工程师、电子部军工基础局梅劲松工程师也到会表示祝贺。 会上,首先由网长单位768厂党委书记(原厂长)许祖福致欢迎词,对电子仪器新技术研讨会暨电测网成立二十周年表示祝贺。接着,情报所凌总通报了国防科技情报会议的精神,并对情报工作及情报人员提出了要求,特别强调一定要做到“有为才有位”,发挥主动性,做好领导决策的有力参谋。军工基础局梅劲松同志对情报网在困难的情况下能坚持开展了许多有益的工作予以肯定,对768厂网长单位及网长董鸿勋和秘书长史招美的工作予以表扬。
Electronics Technology New Technology Seminar and Electronics Ministry of Electronic Measuring Instruments Professional Information Network tenth annual meeting (also the twenty anniversary of the network), in May 27, 1996 to May 31 Day held in Dalian.
