论述了全固态电致变色薄膜器件的结构和变色机理,讨论了制备工艺参数对wq3薄膜和V2O5薄膜特性的影响。提出了一种新的电致变色薄膜的理化方法。通过电子枪蒸镀锂单质,提高了锂的离化率,从而提高了锂化效果。对mLiF:nAIF3离子导体的离子导电特性和导电机理作了进一步的研究。研制了透射式和反射式全固态电致变色簿膜器件,获得的变色调制度分别为50%-5%和70%-20%,响应时间为10s-20s,寿命为10开关次数。
The structure and discoloration mechanism of all-solid-state electrochromic thin film devices were discussed. The effects of the preparation parameters on the properties of wq3 and V2O5 films were discussed. A new physicochemical method of electrochromic film was proposed. Electron gun through evaporation of lithium, increased lithium ionization rate, thereby enhancing the lithiation effect. The ionic conductivity and conduction mechanism of mLiF: nAIF3 ion conductor were further studied. Transmitted and reflective all-solid-state electrochromic thin film devices were developed. Their color change modulations were 50% -5% and 70% -20%, respectively. The response time was 10s-20s and the lifetime was 10 switching cycles.
