关于煮茶,我总觉得该与小时候在外婆家吃的胡椒茶煮法无甚区别。无非是一砂罐水一把茶一撮胡椒,灶膛里柴火烧旺酽酽地熬了,等茶味浓了胡椒味辛辣了,再搁一小匙盐,胡椒茶就煮好了。那时,每年正月,夜里在外婆家的灶火旁坐着,就着红活的火,喝着胡椒茶,吃着米做的螃蟹脚和根子,就是我们一年的盼望。像患了一种叫“茶慌”的病,得正月里的胡椒茶来治。冬夜里几碗胡椒茶喝下去,汗珠也沁出来了,暖暖的,浑身通泰。后来,外婆过世后便好多年不喝了。
