目的探讨黄芪消渴汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的160例糖尿病肾病患者按就诊顺序号分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组患者采用西药常规方法治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予黄芪消渴汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效与肾功能改善情况。结果经治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05);观察组患者的尿蛋白排泄量和血肌酐均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论黄芪消渴汤治疗糖尿病肾病可明显降低患者尿蛋白排泄量,延缓糖尿病肾病进程,疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Xiaozitang in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 160 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the order number of visiting group, 80 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. Patients in the observation group were given Huangqi Xiaoke Decoction on this basis. The clinical efficacy and improvement of renal function were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.5%, P <0.05). Urinary protein excretion and serum creatinine in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of diabetic nephropathy with Huangqi Xiaoke Decoction can significantly reduce urinary protein excretion and delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy, and the curative effect is definite.
