供电企业生产部门人员包括专业技术人员、班组长和班员,班员的工作任务及标准固定,新增任务数量有限,计划外工作比重大,选取基于结果性效标的结果导向型绩效考评方法;而专业技术人员和班组长的工作既要参与生产业务,也要管理下级员工,因而选取基于行为性效标和结果性效标的综合型绩效考评方法。文章以变电部门实际应用为例论述上述绩效考评方法是实现供电企业生产部门绩效管理上下联动、全方位激励员工的有效途径。
