血小板在诱发哮喘的过程中有重要作用,它具有IgE受体,可在IgE参与下被激活。经纤维支气管镜注入抗原,行气道内激发,通过对支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中血小板活化产物的测定,观察抗原激发后肺内血小板是否被活化。此外还对BALF中炎性介质、嗜酸细胞颗粒蛋白及肺内血管通透性与血小板活化产物水平之间,行相关性分析,以进一步证实血小板及其产物在抗原反应中的炎性作用。
Platelets play an important role in the induction of asthma and have IgE receptors that are activated by IgE. Antigen was infused into the bronchiole bronchoscope and stimulated in the airway. The activated platelet products in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were measured to observe whether the platelets in the lung were activated after antigen challenge. In addition, the inflammatory mediators in BALF, eosinophilic granulocyte protein and pulmonary vascular permeability and platelet activation product level between the correlation analysis to further confirm the inflammatory effect of platelet and its products in the antigen reaction.
