当开关发生两相或单相断开的非全相故障时,调度规程中规定,调度应下令让现场值班人员拉开或合上非全相开关。对于水电厂发变组高压侧开关非全相故障是否应该按照该规程执行,目前尚无仿真。文中应用对称分量法分析了开关非全相时的故障电流、三序电流,应用SimPowerSystems仿真了发电机三相电流、电压及三序电流、电压,结合历史事故,得出了发电机电压在非全相时仍然保持同期的结论。提出在事故处理中,当开关两相或单相非全相时,均可以对开关再次合闸,简化了水电厂的事故处理程序,缩小了事故影响范围。
When the switch occurs two-phase or single-phase disconnect the non-all-phase fault, the scheduling rules stipulate that the scheduling should be ordered on-site duty personnel to open or close the non-phase switch. There is no simulation for whether the non-full-phase fault of HV switch in hydropower plant should be implemented in accordance with this regulation. The symmetrical component method is used to analyze the fault current and three-phase current when the switch is in non-full phase. Simulating the three-phase current, voltage and three-phase current and voltage of generator with SimPowerSystems, combining with historical accidents, All phases still maintain the same period of conclusion. It is put forward that in the accident handling, when the two-phase switch or single-phase non-all-phase, the switch can be closed again, simplifying the hydropower plant accident handling procedures and narrowing the scope of the accident.
