本文运用技术美学原理,对商业烹饪进行了探索性研究,提出了将商业烹饪视为现代工业艺术设计的观点。根据烹饪技术美学的基本内容,把烹饪划分为使用对象和技术对象两大类,并对其美学问题作了简要的阐述。
This paper uses the principle of technical aesthetics to conduct exploratory research on commercial cooking and puts forward the view that commercial cooking should be regarded as a modern industrial art design. According to the basic content of cooking technique aesthetics, cooking is divided into two categories: object of use and technique, and a brief exposition of its aesthetics.
