煤耗是反映火力发电厂节能减排管理水平和经济效益的主要指标,一般都采用正反平衡两种方法进行煤耗计算,两种煤耗偏差正常应不大于3克/千瓦时,但淮北国安电力有限公司(简称公司)反平衡煤耗偏差时常大于3克/千瓦时。本文从皮带秤的计量、入炉煤的采制化、锅炉飞灰取样及反平衡计算中流量测量等几个方面的管理漏洞进行分析,提出了解决措施,对燃煤发电机组正反平衡煤耗差值管理提供了很好的解决
