目的探讨载脂蛋白CⅠ(Apo CⅠ)基因的rs4420638位点多态性与广西巴马人群血脂的关系。方法2008年4—8月从广西巴马县选取健康个体369人作为研究对象,用Taq M an M GB实时荧光PCR技术对研究对象进行基因位点分型,比较巴马人群等位基因频率及血脂水平与对照组的差异。结果巴马组G等位基因频率为8.3%,低于对照组的13.9%(P=0.002),巴马组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平为1.46 mmol/L,明显高于对照组的1.11 mmol/L(P<0.01);巴马组rs4420638位点G等位基因携带人群血清总胆固醇(TC)水平为4.59mmol/L,低于对照组的5.23 mmol/L(P<0.05),A等位基因携带人群HDL-C水平为1.46 mmol/L,高于对照组的1.13 mmol/L(P<0.01)。结论 Apo CⅠ基因rs4420638位点多态性可能是影响巴马人群血脂水平的因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between rs4420638 polymorphism of apolipoprotein C (Apo CⅠ) gene and blood lipids in Bama population in Guangxi province. METHODS: From April to August 2008, 369 healthy individuals were selected from Bama County, Guangxi as subjects. Genotypes were genotyped by TaqMan MGB real-time PCR and compared with the frequency of Bama population alleles Differences in serum lipids and control groups. Results The frequency of allele G allele was 8.3% in Bama group, which was lower than that in control group (P = 0.002). The level of HDL-C in Bama group was 1.46 mmol / L, which was significantly higher than that of control (1.11 mmol / L, P <0.01). The level of serum total cholesterol (TC) was 4.59 mmol / L in patients with G allele at rs4420638 in Bama group, which was lower than 5.23 mmol / L in control group ). The level of HDL-C in patients carrying A allele was 1.46 mmol / L, which was higher than 1.13 mmol / L in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The rs4420638 polymorphism of Apo C Ⅰ gene may be the factor that affects the level of blood lipid in Bama.
