表面处理是铝型材生产过程的一道重要工序,铝型材厂表面脱脂、碱蚀、酸洗、氧化等过程会产生大量的废液,废液絮凝沉淀后过滤,所剩下的滤饼即是固体铝厂污泥。通过不同的煅烧温度来研究污泥的晶相结构和晶型转变过程,并用XRD衍射和SEM扫描电镜观察,从中确定污泥转变为α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3的最佳条件和最高得率的条件,为污泥的合理处理和应用奠定基础。通过分析实验结果,铝厂污泥作为氧化铝的原料来源还是非常有利用价值的。
