本文通过文献调查和比较研究,系统地归纳了国际劳动标准、联合国全球契约、SA8000标准、《社会责任指南》ISO26000对招聘、薪酬福利等人力资源职能工作的具体要求;利用实地调查和文献调查数据,开展基于员工责任的人力资源管理实证研究,分析了员工责任标准框架下人力资源管理的困境和这些问题给企业带来的危机。文章认为,企业应当依据员工责任标准对人力资源管理职能工作进行提升与再设计,来解决问题并化解危机。
This paper systematically summarizes the specific requirements of international labor standards, UN Global Compact, SA8000 standards and “Social Responsibility Guide” ISO26000 on human resources functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits through literature review and comparative study. By using field survey and literature survey data , Carried out empirical research on human resource management based on employee responsibility, analyzed the predicament of human resource management under the framework of employee responsibility standard and the crisis brought to them by these problems. The article argues that enterprises should upgrade and re-design their human resources management functions according to the standard of employee responsibility so as to solve the problems and resolve the crisis.
