本文以NQ1040农用汽车少片变截面板簧为典型产品,对等宽形变截面板簧叶片精密辊锻成形规律进行了系统的试验研究,总结出了等宽单楔形工件闭式型槽精密辊锻时展宽系数与前滑值的计算方法。经生产验证,具有足够高的精确度,能很好地满足少片变截面板簧叶片的尺寸精度和质量要求。试验研究结果表明,精密辊锻是高质量,大规模,经济地生产各种汽车、拖挂车少片变截面板簧叶片的先进塑性加工技术。
