目的:考察美沙拉嗪羟丙基β-环糊精包合物(MSZ-HP-β-CD)液体栓对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的治疗作用。方法:用葡聚糖硫酸钠法建立大鼠UC模型,以市售美沙拉嗪(MSZ)栓剂为阳性对照,研究UC大鼠在MSZ-HP-β-CD液体栓作用下的形态学及组织病理学变化。结果:形态学考察结果表明,与模型组相比,两种MSZ制剂组的CMDI评分均显著降低(P<0.01),其中MSZ-HP-β-CD液体栓组的CMDI评分比MSZ栓组更低(P<0.05);病理学研究结果表明,在MSZ栓剂或MSZ-HP-β-CD包合物液体栓的干预下,溃损明显好转,组织结构趋于完整,其中以MSZ-HP-β-CD液体栓组的炎症好转最为明显。结论:MSZ-HP-β-CD液体栓在UC大鼠模型中显示出比市售MSZ栓剂更好的治疗效果,值得进一步研究。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of mesalazine hydroxypropyl β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex (MSZ-HP-β-CD) liquid suppository on ulcerative colitis in rats. Methods: The model of rat UC was established by dextran sodium sulfate method. The MSZ suppository was used as a positive control to study the morphology and tissue of UC rats under MSZ-HP-β-CD liquid plug Pathological changes. Results: The results of morphological examination showed that the CMDI scores of the two MSZ preparation groups were significantly lower than those of the model group (P <0.01). The CMDI score of the MSZ-HP-β-CD liquid suppository group was more than that of the MSZ suppository group (P <0.05). The results of pathology showed that MSZ suppository and MSZ-HP-β-CD inclusion liquid plug significantly improved the damage and the tissue structure became more complete. MSZ-HP- β-CD liquid suppository group the most obvious improvement in inflammation. Conclusion: MSZ-HP-β-CD liquid suppository shows better therapeutic effect than MSZ suppository in UC rat model and deserves further study.
