In my communication with grassroots organizations in recent years, I found that people generally pay more attention to the financial situation. However, I am accustomed to regard financial management as the scope of professional finance staff, and there is very little involvement of institutional leaders and other colleagues. However, the more I approached the best financial workers in the field of public welfare, the more I realized from them that the financial status was closely related to the overall management level of the organization.
