研究了空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定粮食中锰的含量。试验了硝酸、高氯酸用量,消化时间等消化条件的影响,从而确定了最佳消化条件。对四份不同实样分析结果与比色法无显著性差异。
The air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the content of manganese in food. The effects of digestion conditions such as nitric acid, perchloric acid dosage and digestion time were tested to determine the optimal digestion conditions. There was no significant difference between the results of four different samples and the colorimetric method.
