一、概述 美国国民供应公司的C型变矩器属于单级三轮向心式涡轮变矩器,导轮是固定的。泵轮与涡轮对称布置。循环圆由内外环均为圆形的非同心圆组成。叶片是变厚度空间扭曲形式。三个叶轮由铝合金铸造成型。C型变矩器系列按泵轮直径大小分有四种规格:C-195、~1C-245、C-300、C-346。每种直径的变矩器通过改变循环圆内径、叶片角度和流道尺寸,又组成四种吸收功率不同的变短器。其吸收功率为:64％、80％、100％、125％。这样每种尺寸变矩器中又有四种,总共有16种变矩器。由于变矩器品种较多,C型变矩器能更好地满足柴油机匹配的需要。
