采用胶束电动毛细管电泳法分析了吡咯并喹啉醌二甲酯的纯度。以表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)加入到缓冲液体系形成胶束,并加入有机改性试剂,使吡咯并喹啉醌二甲酯(PQQZ)与其他难分离的电中性杂质达到高效快速的分离。运行缓冲溶液为:50 mmol/L磷酸盐-50 mmol/L硼酸缓冲液-10 mmol/L SDS混合液(pH 7.0),含体积分数10%乙腈。在0.0125~0.2 mg/mL范围内呈线性,回归方程为y=1×106ρ+108761(R2=0.9965)。检出限为0.1μmol/L(S/N≥3)。通过PQQZ与D-Serine的化学反应分析了PQQZ是否同样对氨基酸具有调节作用,为药物设计提供实验依据。
